Did you find all the corbels on the card? Check out the floor plan to see if you got the locations right.

 

Most of the corbels in the church are made out of wood (you can see the wood grain, and they are a uniform brown, or painted) but three on the card COULD be made out of stone. Until a closer look is possible, we can't really tell.

What are each of the corbels? Your guess is as good as any. Some of the images are mythical (an angel, and a monster eating a human), but some could be representations of actual people. The head on the lower left of the postcard looks very similar (especially the hair and beard) to images of King Edward II who was King from 1307 to 1327.
